1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using BuildMeLeads (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
2. Description and availability of the Service
BuildMeLeads is a lead discovery and outreach workflow intended to help users identify local service businesses using information from public sources, assess observable Google Business Profile weaknesses, generate personalized outreach copy, and send customer-authorized emails through supported providers such as Gmail or SendGrid.
The public website is currently pre-launch and does not accept payments. Features, limits, integrations, and planned pricing may change before paid availability. We do not guarantee that public-source data is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular outreach decision.
3. Accounts and security
When account access becomes available, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining secure access to connected services.
4. Acceptable use and outreach compliance
You are responsible for deciding whether, where, and how to contact any lead. BuildMeLeads does not provide legal advice and does not represent that a public business listing, business email address, or generated message creates consent to receive marketing.
You must ensure your collection, processing, and outreach comply with all laws and industry rules applicable to you and each recipient, including, where relevant, CAN-SPAM, UK PECR and UK GDPR, the EU ePrivacy and data protection rules, Australia’s Spam Act, consumer-protection laws, and local do-not-contact requirements.
You must not use the Service to:
- send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or misleading messages;
- contact suppressed or unsubscribed recipients, bypass sending safeguards, disguise your identity, or omit required sender and unsubscribe information;
- scrape, process, or send content in violation of privacy, intellectual-property, platform, or contractual rights;
- distribute malware, impersonate another person, interfere with the Service, or attempt unauthorized access;
- resell access, exceed documented limits, or use automated means outside the supported product workflow without permission.
We may block, pause, or limit sending where safeguards, suppression checks, caps, bounce thresholds, complaint thresholds, provider rules, or legal-risk indicators require it.
5. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds
When paid plans launch, prices, included features, billing interval, applicable taxes, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment processing may be provided by Paddle as merchant of record or another identified provider, and the provider’s checkout terms may also apply.
You may cancel an active subscription through the account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, fees for used or partial billing periods are not refundable.
We may change prices or plan features for future billing periods after giving notice required by applicable law. You may cancel before a change takes effect.
6. Customer data, permissions, and generated output
You retain your rights in information you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and format that information as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed for the data and instructions you provide.
AI-generated copy may be inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing your settings and generated output, including when you explicitly enable an automatic campaign mode. We may apply automated validation, but safeguards do not replace your legal and business judgment.
7. Third-party services
The Service may depend on third parties including Google, Gmail API, SendGrid, Groq, Apify, Paddle, and hosting providers. Their terms, availability, restrictions, and privacy practices are separate from ours. We are not responsible for a third party’s outage, rejection, suspension, policy change, or handling of data beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, website, branding, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to BuildMeLeads and protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, abuse providers, harm deliverability, or where continued service is impracticable. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, deliverability, lead quality, campaign performance, and business results. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildMeLeads and Muhammad Zaid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, deliverability, or anticipated savings.
Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify BuildMeLeads and Muhammad Zaid against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful outreach, your data or content, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. For material changes affecting paid customers, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights, the courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each party will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by written notice.
